These Terms govern your use of Mio Path (the “app”) and miopath.com (the “site”). By using the app or the site you agree to these Terms. Mio Path is an independent mobile game operated from the Netherlands. Mio Path is published by OLYMPHEON B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42110578, VAT identification number NL869778808B01, business address Oude Apeldoornseweg 45 - 067, 7333 NR Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

Eligibility and minimum age

Mio Path is intended for users aged 13 and over. In some countries a higher minimum age applies for consenting to data processing (up to 16 in parts of the European Economic Area). If you live in such a country, you must meet that age, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the app. By using Mio Path you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mio Path for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can play with an anonymous account or sign in with Google or Apple. Do not abuse, disrupt or attempt to break the service, and do not use the app to harass other players.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Unless required by law, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including statutory withdrawal or refund rights, are not affected by this section.

Friends and invites

Invite links and friend features are provided for personal use. Do not use them to spam, mislead or collect data about other people.

Content and intellectual property

Mio Path, its characters (including Mio and Mia), artwork, levels and brand are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without permission.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and site are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
